Download Cyberduck from http://cyberduck.ch or from the North Star Printing web site at http://nsprinting.net/ftp/Cyberduck-2.7.3.dmg

The installation should begin automatically.

After you have loaded Cyberduck on your computer click the Cyberduck icon to start the software.

When Cyberduck starts you will see the following screen:

Note the top right icon that says "Disconnect" is gray.  That is because you are not currently connected to any server.

You must change some settings before using Cyberduck to ftp your files.  This only needs to be done one time.

At the top of the MAC screen, click on the word Cyberduck and select Preferences… from the dropdown menu.

The Preferences screen will appear with the general setting selected.

Select the ftp settings from the list at the top of the Preferences screen.  Now you should see the screen below.

Make the following settings:

• Under Anonymous Login next to Password: enter your email address
• Under Transfer Mode next to Default Transfer Mode: select Binary
• Under Connect Mode next to Default Connect Mode: select Passive

Close the Preferences screen.

Cyberduck is now configured to send your file to North Star Printing.
